Return/ Exchange

At Proctocor, we strive to achieve the highest quality. We also work closely with our delivery partners to ensure you receive your pieces promptly and in excellent condition. However, should you encounter any issues with your Instruments, please refer to our policy below:

Exchange and Store Credit Policy

We do not offer refunds, but your product is eligible for an exchange or store credit under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect Instruments that does not match the item in your confirmation email.
  • The Instruments you purchased has a manufacturing defect.
  • The Instruments is not the right size; it is eligible for a size exchange only, for the same piece.

Please note: Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

If your garment meets the above criteria, please email us at or call us at +91 with the following details:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Reason for the exchange request, with images if applicable (e.g., defective or incorrect piece)

Our team will verify the defects and contact you for the necessary action. The product must be received within ten days from the day of contact from our team. Please ensure the product you return is unused, and with the original tags in place.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

We cannot offer refunds for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping partner. If you provided the wrong delivery address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order for a correction, including your order number.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed.
